Millennial are already getting old, hence it is time for the new generation to overtake. But what drives Generation Z, what are their aims and what are they like?
UK research firm Ipsos Mori has released an extensive report that draws a precise picture of the next generation and leaves space for interpretation.
In general, employers will have to face some much more fluid, “How-To-educated” and less rebellious times once the Z’s have entered the job market. However, you cannot just break them down to these three aspects since they tend to refuse to be categorized.
