Naina is the Chief Information Security Officer at Danone where she is responsible for delivering the cybersecurity vision and roadmap for the company working alongside her colleagues from IT, Operations (including factories), R&I, Finance, Strategy and HR, among others. She believes that being a business partner and making cybersecurity relevant for the business is one of the most important facets of her job.

She is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, co-leading on the topic for the 1000+ information technology team at Danone. She has previously co-founded a Women in Cyber initiative at a global Big 4 firm and headed up cybersecurity diversity and inclusion for EMEA at another. Most recently she has won a Financial Times and 30% club essay competition for a fully funded place at Henley Business School’s MBA programme.
